Mandy McCain is a highly accomplished and results-driven global-manufacturing executive leader with more than 20 years of experience in Fortune 500 manufacturing companies. She has a track record of delivering value creation to both top and bottom lines through expert profit and loss management, strategy development, supply chain execution, and acquisition integration.
Throughout her career, she has demonstrated agility and adaptability by assuming increasing leadership responsibilities in different product lines and geographies. This has allowed her to gain extensive experience in risk, crisis, and change management. This breadth of experience has cultivated a systems-oriented mindset for evaluating businesses, enabling successful development and deployment of strategies.
McCain believes in integrating strategy with the people, processes, and tools needed for successful execution. As such, she creates inclusive cultures that ensure teams collaborate to consider all three pillars.
McCain has reported to the C-suite for the last 10 years and, in those roles, prepared strategies and presented to CEOs, corporate officers, and boards of directors.
McCain is currently an executive advisor working closely with manufacturing organizations to develop and execute strategic plans, improve operations, and optimize the end-to-end supply chain. She resides in the greater Nashville, Tennessee, area with her husband of 22 years, two teenage daughters, and a seven-year-old standard poodle. She enjoys backcountry hiking and snow skiing.
