The NACD Directorship Certification Study Guide
The Study Guide is an essential resource to help you prepare for certification. It’s a complete overview of leading corporate governance practices and board responsibilities every director needs to know. Use it as your go-to resource for exam preparation.
Study with Peers
NACD offers virtual Discussion Groups for members preparing to take the NACD Directorship Certification exam. These sessions aim to spark thoughtful discussion regarding the Study Guide and the case study section of the exam. Discussion Groups are only available to current candidates.
Exam Scheduling
NACD has partnered with Pearson VUE to proctor our NACD Directorship Certification® exam. Once accepted, Pearson Vue will contact candidates to schedule the exam at an in-person testing center or online.
Candidates must schedule their first exam attempt within six (6) months of application approval.
