Ongoing Advisory Services

NACD’s Directorship Certified® faculty members work closely with a select group of board and c-suite members on extended engagements for advisory and coaching support. Ongoing advisory services allow members allow you the opportunity to develop a customized individual development plan with advice and support from a dedicated sitting director, and governance expert. Our faculty have advised new board chairs, committee chairs, CEOs, and other c-suite executive directors on a range of needs across company types and industries.
Process
We begin with a planning call between the NACD team and designated board representatives to set expectations and goals. The member can consult with the NACD faculty on board-governance matters as determined by the scope of the project for up to 15 hours a month. Supplementary services, such as in-person consultation, attendance at board meetings, governance reviews, etc., can be combined with the ongoing advisory services to further enhance the projects goals.
