AI Governance Workshop
Board Advisory Services Overview
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a transformative, fast-moving technology. It has far reaching and unknown impacts for businesses, including how we run operations, create intellectual capital, build new products, manage the workforce, assess liabilities, and ultimately pursue growth.
As a board, do you fully understand both the risks and opportunities? Is your knowledge about AI's business applications sufficient to assess management's plans to harness the technology? How can AI give your business a competitive advantage? Conversely, how could reckless adoption of AI jeopardize your organization's brand integrity? Backed by more than 40 years of experience supporting directors in driving governance excellence, NACD can work with you effectively to answer these questions.
What Is the AI Workshop?
NACD's new AI Workshop focuses on both the risks and opportunities in AI for companies. Two dedicated faculty are selected for your workshop, who bring both the risk and reward viewpoints directly to boards with an unbiased perspective. This service will make a positive impact on your board's expertise and ability to quickly provide oversight to AI-related issues.
