Daija Williams serves as the Stakeholder Engagement Manager for the NACD Minnesota Chapter. Daija graduated from the University of Minnesota with a communications degree with a marketing minor. She combines years of experience in social media management and brand ambassadorship with a keen understanding of effective messaging. Her studies included immersive experiences in China and Japan, where she developed a global perspective on communication. Recently, Daija obtained her substitute teaching license, enhancing my adaptability and resilience. Daija is excited to leverage her background to build strong, lasting connections with partners and drive meaningful engagement within the community.
