Suzanna brings expertise in human-centered leadership, navigating change, fostering effective communication, and developing effective business strategies.

As CEO of Story Board Advisors, Suzanna partners with CEOs, boards, and family businesses, providing strategic counsel to define a compelling vision, navigate complex challenges, and achieve sustainable growth. She brings a unique perspective honed through years of leading organizations through transformation, emphasizing collaboration, innovation, and the interconnectedness of leadership, governance, and strategic execution.

Suzanna's leadership journey includes serving as CEO of Business Publications Corporation (BPC), where she spearheaded significant growth and industry recognition. BPC was consistently recognized as a "Top Ten Publisher to Watch" by Editor & Publisher three times. She also served as CEO of Planned Parenthood of the Heartland and held senior executive roles at Fortune 250 companies like Ameriprise Financial and Bank of America.

An experienced board director, Suzanna brings extensive corporate governance expertise to various organizations. She serves on the boards of Bill Jacobs Companies, Community State Bank, and Lauridsen Group, Inc., and contributes to non-profit and foundation boards.
