Kim serves as the managing partner for Deloitte South Florida, where she is responsible for the strategy and direction of Deloitte's local growth initiatives and community impact programs in South Florida.

Since the start of her career with Deloitte in 1988, Kim's purpose-driven philosophy has fueled her passion for client service in the health care industry. Her impact extends not only to the organizational successes of her clients, but also in the personal achievements of the clients and mentees she's nurtured throughout her career. Kim is proud to have led initiatives that foster a diverse and inclusive culture and is an activist on the issue of health equity in the US.

Kim has been profiled in DiversityInc's Women Worth Watching and featured in Miami Business Monthly, Miami Magazine, and several University of Miami publications for her views on leadership, inclusion, and education.
