Mr. Kaufman represents US and foreign private issuers and underwriters, primarily in the life sciences, technology and REIT/Mortgage REIT sectors, in a wide variety of public offerings and private placements. He has advised on more than 200 financing transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $100 billion.
