Gabriel de Corral focuses his practice on capital markets and general corporate law. He advises issuers, underwriters, and other market participants on a broad range of domestic and international capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, high-yield debt, rights issues, private placements, and project bonds. De Corral has experience across many different industries, including financial services, media and technology, consumer products, gaming, mining, oil and gas, restaurants, health care, and telecommunications.

De Corral counsels domestic and international corporations and boards of directors on US Securities and Exchange Commission reporting requirements, corporate governance matters, and stock exchange rules and regulations. He also has extensive experience advising on cross-border capital raising transactions in Latin America. He has worked on matters in Colombia, Brazil, Paraguay, Chile, Peru, Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica, and Argentina.

De Corral received his bachelor of arts at Harvard University, master of arts in public policy at the University of Pennsylvania, and law degree at Cornell Law School, graduating cum laude. He has been admitted to the bar in New York and Florida. He speaks English and Spanish.
