Profile - Donna Zarcone Donna Zarcone Retired President and CEO Economic Club Of Chicago Donna F. Zarcone is the former president and CEO of the Economic Club of Chicago. She currently serves on the boards of CDW, Cigna, The Duchossois Group, and Quinnox, and on the advisory boards for the Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Chicago, the Smithsonian National Board, and The Chicago Club Preservation Foundation. Zarcone previously served as president of Harley-Davidson Financial Services and as board chair for Eaglemark Savings Bank, both subsidiaries of Harley-Davidson. She has also served as chief financial officer for two successful entrepreneurial start-ups in technology leasing and financial services.

His clients include large companies in such diverse industries as business services, distribution, financial services and insurance, food and beverage, medical technology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and retailing. He also has extensive experience working with start-ups, venture capital, and private equity. Harvey has published articles on topics that include change-in-control severance design, IPO issues, and pay for performance.
Profile - Colin Harvey Colin Harvey Managing Director Alvarez & Marsal, LLC (A&M) Colin Harvey is a managing director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Corporate Performance Improvement (CPI) practice in Austin and the national solution leader for CPI’s Corporate M&A Services. He has extensive experience planning and leading acquisition integration, managing strategic enterprise transformation programs, and helping clients to build and sustain internal capabilities around M&A integration, program management, and change management. With more than 20 years of consulting experience, Harvey partners with clients to drive value across all stages and types of transactions, most notably through operational due diligence, integration planning and execution, and synergy capture. In addition, he helps clients build internal M&A capabilities that lower integration cost and risk and optimize transaction benefits. He works with companies across a wide range of industries, including energy, professional services, technology, consumer products, health care, automotive, and financial services. Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, Harvey worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting (later acquired by IBM).

He currently serves on the board of Fordham University School of Law and the advisory board of the Practical Law Co.
