Profile - Robin Ferracone Robin Ferracone Chief Executive Officer and Founder Farient Advisors LLC Robin A. Ferracone is founder and CEO of Farient Advisors, an executive-compensation-consulting firm. She is the author of the book Fair Pay, Fair Play: Aligning Executive Performance and Pay (Jossey Bass) and writes a monthly blog for Forbes.com on Leadership entitled, Executive Pay Watch. She is a member of the board of directors of the pet insurance company Trupanion Inc., and serves on the boards of Oaktree Capital mutual funds and WildAid, a global not for profit dedicated to persuading consumers to stop buying illicit products like ivory, rhino horn and shark fin soup. Ferracone's significant contributions in the field of corporate governance have been recognized by her inclusion multiple times on the NACD Directorship 100 list of highly-influential people in the boardroom.

Fletcher works across Fletcher Spaght’s practice groups, with a focus on health care. He has particular interests in devices, specifically in cardiology, cardiac surgery, and orthopedics, as well as in biopharma and health care IT. Prior to founding Fletcher Spaght, he was a senior manager at The Boston Consulting Group. Fletcher served as a captain and jet pilot in the US Air Force and continues to be active in aviation. Profile - Wendy Lane Wendy Lane Chairman and Founder Lane Holdings, Inc. Wendy Evrard Lane has 15 years of experience as an investment banker with Goldman Sachs and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. She has served on nine boards, three of which were internationally based and several of which oversaw transformational change. Lane chaired the compensation committee at Willis Towers Watson and its predecessor company through the merger and turnover of two CEOs. She chaired the compensation committee of LabCorp and sat on the compensation committee of MSCI. In addition, Lane has served on executive, CEO search, and strategic alternatives committees. She founded and chairs the audit and risk committee of the private, family-held, Saudi company Al-Dabbagh Group.
