Profile - Myrna Soto Myrna Soto Partner, ForgePoint Capital; Director, Spirit Airlines Inc., Consumers Energy Co. Hispanic IT Executive Council, CMS Energy Corp.; Former SVP, Comcast Corp. Myrna Soto is a partner at ForgePoint Capital. Prior to joining ForgePoint Capital, Soto was corporate senior vice president and global chief information security officer for Comcast Corp. Earlier, Soto served as chief information security officer and vice president of information technology governance for MGM Resorts International and held senior leadership positions with American Express, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Norwegian Cruise Lines, and Kemper Insurance. Soto received the 2015 CSO Compass Award and was recognized by SC Magazine as one of the Top 10 Power Players for Women in Security in 2015, 2016, and 2017. Most recently (March 2018), she was named to Fortune's list of the 50 Most Powerful Latinas in Business for the second year in a row. Soto is a director of CMS Energy, Consumers Energy, Spirit Airlines, and Popular Inc., and serves as vice chair of the executive management committee of the Hispanic IT Executive Council.
Profile - Andrea Bonime-Blanc Andrea Bonime-Blanc Founder & CEO, GEC Risk Advisory; Ethics Advisor Financial Oversight & Management Board for Puerto Rico; Governance Chair, Epic Theatre Ensemble; Chair Emeritus, Ethics and Compliance Association Andrea Bonime-Blanc is the CEO and founder of GEC Risk Advisory, has held senior executive roles at Bertelsmann, PSEG, and Verint Systems and has held numerous board seats for the past 25 years. In early 2017, she was appointed Ethics Advisor to the Financial Oversight & Management Board for Puerto Rico. In both 2014 and 2015, the Ethisphere Institute recognized her as among the “100 Most Influential in Business Ethics.” She is a mentor at Plug & Play, the largest global technology innovation ecosystem. Additionally, she was named a 2018 inaugural “Directors and Chief Risk Officers Exemplar” and a “Top 100 Thought Leaders in Trustworthy Business Behavior” by Trust Across America in 2014. She is chair emeritus of the Ethics and Compliance Association and a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Bonime-Blanc has published widely and is the author of The Reputation Risk Handbook: Surviving and Thriving in the Age of Hyper-Transparency (2014) and of The Conference Board’s Emerging Practices in Cyber-Risk Governance (2015) and co-authored The Artificial Intelligence Imperative: A Practical Roadmap for Business. Her next book, Gloom to Boom: How Leaders Transform Risk into Resilience & Value, will be published by Routledge/Greenleaf in early 2019.
Profile - Gerald M. Czarnecki Gerald M. Czarnecki Chairman and CEO, The Deltennium Group; Founder and Chairman National Leadership Institute Gerald M. Czarnecki is chair and CEO of The Deltennium Group Inc. Previously, Czarnecki led UNC, an aviation company. Prior to UNC, he was SVP of Human Resources and Administration for IBM. Czarnecki began his career in banking and held various c-suite jobs including CEO of two banks. He currently serves on the boards of Jack Cooper Enterprises Inc., where he chairs the audit committee; Nura Health SPC; RFD Associates, Inc., where he chairs both the audit and compensation committees; BookKeeping Express Inc.; and ECO Building Products Inc., where he is board chair. Additionally, Czarnecki chairs the board of trustees of National University. He is founder and chairman of the nonprofit National Leadership Institute. Czarnecki is a faculty member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and chair emeritus of NACD’s Florida Chapter. He is the author of seven books on leadership and governance.

NACD has reserved a block of guestrooms at the Palmetto Bluff at the group rate of $299/night, plus applicable taxes (10%).  Additional one-bedroom suite $499/ night, Forest/ Lagoon view cottage $499/night, River view cottage $499/night.
