Profile - Nichole Jordan Nichole Jordan National Managing Partner, Markets, Clients & Industry Grant Thornton Nichole Jordan is the managing partner of Grant Thornton LLP’s central region, which encompasses 20 states, several thousand of our professionals, and many of the firm’s major client relationships in key industries. Jordan leads the firm’s delivery of value and insights to clients in the region, ensuring that Grant Thornton takes an enterprise-wide perspective on each client’s needs and fulfills them with the right mix of services and solutions. She is also a leader in the firm’s board governance strategy. Previously, as national managing partner for growth and performance, she led the firm’s strategic client portfolio of more than 1,000 major client relationships across the United States. Prior to that, Smith gained his experience from various boutique and global management consulting firms. His advisory experience focuses on designing and deploying future-ready strategies for clients wanting high, yet sustainable, growth. His depth of knowledge covers corporate strategy, sales, marketing and customer strategy, enterprise transformation, and culture design. Smith has sat on the boards of directors of multiple companies across various industries. His thought leadership has appeared in several leading publications including the Harvard Business Review, Fortune, Forbes, and the Wall Street Journal.
