Profile - James Lam James Lam Chair Risk Oversight Committee, E*TRADE Financial Corp.; Chair, Audit Committee, RiskLens James C. Lam is the president of James Lam & Associates and a director and risk oversight committee chair of E*TRADE Financial. Lam is also a director and audit committee chair of RiskLens. He previously served as founder and president of ERisk, partner of Oliver Wyman, and chief risk officer of Fidelity Investments. Lam was named the inaugural “Risk Manager of the Year" by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (1997), to the “100 Most Influential People in Finance" by Treasury & Risk magazine (2005, 2006, and 2008), and to the NACD Directorship 100 (2017 and 2018). He is the author of several best-selling books. Lam’s latest book is Implementing Enterprise Risk Management (2017). In addition to serving on NACD’s faculty, Lam is on the Carnegie Mellon University faculty for their Chief Risk Officer Executive Certification Program. Lam is an NACD Board Leadership Fellow.

Before joining NACD, Susan was a television producer and scriptwriter, working for the BBC, Discovery Networks Europe, C-SPAN, and the World Bank.
Profile - Melody Meyer Melody Meyer Director, BP PLC, AbbVie Inc., National Oilwell Varco; President Melody Meyer Energy LLC Melody Boone Meyer joined the boards of BP, AbbVie, and National Oilwell Varco as a nonexecutive director in 2017. She serves as a trustee of Trinity University and on the board of the National Bureau of Asian Research. Meyer is president of two companies: Melody Meyer Energy LLC and Women with Energy LLC. Meyer retired from Chevron after 37 years of distinguished service with extensive leadership expertise in global upstream operations, strategic and business planning, major capital project execution, capital allocation, and in delivering superior financial results. From 2011–2016, she was president of Chevron Asia Pacific Exploration and Production. Previously, she was president of Chevron Energy Technology Co. and vice president, Gulf of Mexico and US Mid-Continent strategic business units. She held key international operations leadership assignments in Tengiz, Kazakhstan, and Angola. WomenInc. magazine named Meyer to its list of the Most Influential Corporate Board Directors in 2018.
Profile - Scott Lenet Scott Lenet Founder and President Touchdown Ventures Scott Lenet cofounded Touchdown Ventures in 2014. He began his venture capital career in 1992 as the first associate at Geocapital Partners, a late-stage venture capital firm focused on technology investments. In 2002, he cofounded DFJ Frontier, an early-stage fund making West Coast investments for the DFJ Network. Lenet also worked in product marketing for Trilogy Software and was the cofounder and CEO of SmartFrog.com, which was acquired by Cybergold. Lenet also cofounded the Entrepreneurship Center at the University of California, Davis (UC Davis), where he was an adjunct for seven years at the Graduate School of Management. He currently teaches at the Marshall School at the University of Southern California. He serves on the boards of Touchdown Ventures, GameSalad Inc., NinthDecimal Inc., and BOOM! Studios, and on the advisory board for the dean of the College of Biological Sciences at UC Davis.
Profile - Jane Sadowsky Jane Sadowsky Founder, Gardener Advisory LLC; Director Yamana Gold Inc., Nexa Resources Jane Sadowsky was a Wall Street investment banker for nearly 25 years before retiring in 2011 from Evercore Partners as a senior managing director. Prior to joining Evercore, Sadowsky was a managing director of Citigroup’s Investment Bank and cohead of its North America Power & Utility group. She began her career in investment banking at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Sadowsky is an independent director of Yamana Gold Inc., serving on its audit and its governance and nominating committees. She is a director of the NYISO and a former director of Petrofac. Sadowsky has provided expert testimony to the World Court at The Hague. She received a Wharton Women in Business Award (2006) and serves on the Wharton Women’s Leadership Council.

Profile - Neil Stewart Neil Stewart Director of Corporate Outreach Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Neil Stewart joined the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board in 2020 as its New York-based director of corporate outreach, bringing more than 25 years of experience in and around investor relations and corporate governance. Previously, he was at Citigroup as vice president of the IR Advisory on the ADR team, helping non-US issuers to develop strategies for investor relations and environmental, social, and governance issues. Formerly the editorial and research director of both IR Magazine and Corporate Secretary magazine, Stewart is well known for having led a global lineup of conferences and awards events. Stewart is a board member of NIRI NY, the New York chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute. He has lived in Montreal, London, and New York.

Profile - Amanda Cimaglia Amanda Cimaglia Managing Director, ESG Solebury Trout Amanda Cimaglia currently leads Solebury Trout’s ESG 360 practice. She is a sought-after expert speaker on the topic of best practices in investor relations and ESG integration from the corporate perspective. Prior to joining Solebury Trout, Cimaglia served as the head of investor relations and ESG at Hannon Armstrong. During her seven-year tenure at Hannon Armstrong, Cimaglia participated in raising more than $1 billion in the public capital markets. Profile - John Rodi John Rodi Leader KPMG Audit Committee Institute John H. Rodi is the audit partner in charge of KPMG’s Chicago Metro Business Unit. He has more than 25 years of experience with KPMG, primarily serving publicly traded financial services clients, and specializing in banking, investment banking, and asset management. In addition, Rodi is the leader of KPMG’s Audit Committee Institute (ACI), which is part of the KPMG Board Leadership Center. Focusing on the audit committee and the director community more broadly, ACI engages with directors to help articulate their challenges and promote continuous improvement. Prior to joining KPMG in Chicago, Rodi worked in KPMG’s New York and London offices, and also completed a rotation in KPMG’s National Office. Frank Jaehnert was president and CEO of Brady Corp., an international manufacturer of identification solutions, from 2003 until 2013. Before that, he served as the firm’s chief financial officer and as a divisional president. Prior to joining Brady in 1995, he held various financial positions in Germany and the United States at Robert Bosch GMBH, a multinational engineering and electronics company. Jaehnert serves on the boards of Nordson, Briggs & Stratton, Itron, National Material LP, NACD Chicago Chapter, and the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
