Hetner is an executive vice president of Cyber Assessments, a joint venture between Moody’s Corp., a global credit rating agency, and Team8, a cybersecurity-focused company-creation platform. Hetner serves as NACD’s special advisor for cyber risk and as a national board member for the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers. He previously served as senior advisor for cybersecurity policy to the chair of the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Hetner was also a senior member of the US Treasury Financial and Banking Information Infrastructure Committee, where he provided leadership across a range of cybersecurity programs impacting the financial services sector.
