Ursuline Foley serves on the board of Provident Financial Services & Provident Bank (NYSE: PFS) and is a member of the Audit and Technology Committees. Additionally, she serves on the board of a large private European insurance software firm, Docosoft - the leader in the Lloyds claims market. Foley also serves on a number of not-for-profit and advisory boards, including the Insurance Innovation Executive Advisory Board for Accenture, the NACD Connecticut Chapter, a cyber advisory board, and the board of a blockchain startup. She is also a member of the World Affairs Forum.

Previously, Foley was global chief information officer, chief data officer, and head of Corporate Operations at XL Group (now AXA XL), a global provider of commercial insurance and reinsurance. She also served on its U.S. Legal Entity boards. At XL Group, Foley led major complex global business transformations and supported operations across finance, investments, claims, reinsurance, actuarial, risk, reserving, HR, data, and cyber/GDPR compliance. She served on enterprise risk, crisis management, cyber, disaster recovery, and business continuity committees. As a managing director, she co-led the Diversity & Inclusion and Innovation programs globally. She held technology leadership roles also at XL Group, Guy Carpenter, New York Shipping, and the Pershing Division of Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette.

Foley has lived and worked in Ireland, Bermuda, and the United States. She is a sought-after conference speaker and has authored a number of technology articles over the years.
