Sarah Irizarry is a former global brand executive known for driving brand growth, market share, and P&L expansion across B2C and B2B sectors. With 30 years of experience, she combines financial expertise with data-driven marketing to uncover breakthrough insights. She has led growth for billion-dollar brands like Crest, Oral-B, Olay (P&G), Similac, and PediaSure (Abbott), as well as high-growth DTC startups.

A former CPA and Ernst & Young alumna, Sarah spent 12 years at Procter & Gamble, where she led North America's multi-billion-dollar oral care portfolio. She launched Crest® Pro-Health, helping Crest overtake Colgate in toothpaste and capture half of Listerine’s mouthwash market share. She also spearheaded global campaigns for Oral-B and Olay, shaping their brand equity worldwide.

Sarah mentors at Endeavor Colorado and Boomtown Accelerator, guiding early-stage innovators. She holds a B.S. in Accounting and Marketing from Boston College and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
