Leroy Williams is the CEO of CyberTekIQ and previously served as the global chief information officer of Ball Corp. He spent more than three years prior to his time at Ball Corp. as a cabinet member in the administration of Colorado Governor Owens, and before that he worked for Qwest, U.S. West, and Norwest (now Wells Fargo). Williams currently serves on the board of directors of UMB Financial Corp., JE Dunn Construction, The Daniels Fund, and The Colorado Education Initiative. In the past, he has been involved with the Colorado Workforce Development Council, the Aurora Public Education Foundation, and the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce. Williams served four years in the U.S. Army and holds an MBA from the University of Denver and an undergraduate degree in Computer Information Science from Denver Technical College.
