Chris Osborn

Member Engagement Committee Chair

Chris Osborn is a fourth-generation Fort Collins resident. He is current president and CEO of Coach Training Alliance, a global distance education school that trains and certifies life and executive coaches worldwide and offers organizational leadership development. He also serves as chairman of Capco LLC, partner/founder of Industria Partners and is active in real estate. He is a past chair and serves on the Poudre Valley Health System and Medical Center of the Rockies boards and chairs the Quality Committee and the UC Health Medical Group.

Osborn was chairman and CEO of First National Bank from 2003 to 2010, and a principal with Thoma Cressey (now Thoma Bravo), a leading private equity firm. Prior, he was associated with the investment bank Green Manning and Bunch and Norwest Corp. He has been active in leadership of a number of nonprofits including the Northern Colorado Community Foundation, United Way of Larimer County, and NoCo Unify. Osborn is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy and the University of California at Berkeley. He and his wife, Holly, have two children.
