Linda K. Myers

Linda K. Myers is a nationally recognized corporate attorney with over 30 years of experience representing private equity groups, major public and private companies, and commercial lending institutions. Until her retirement in 2022, Linda was a Share Partner at the international law firm Kirkland & Ellis, LLP where she served on the Firm’s Global Executive Management Committee for over 10 years. Linda currently serves as an Independent Director for various boards. She sits on the Board of Directors of Gibraltar Industries (NASDAQ: ROCK), a leading manufacturer and provider of products and services for the renewable energy, residential, agtech, and infrastructure markets.  At Gibraltar, she serves as Chair of the Gibraltar Nominating, Governance & Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and is a member of the Capital Structure & Asset Management Committee, and Compensation & Human Capital Committee. She also serves on the LCI (NYSE: LCII) Board of Directors, a manufacturer of highly specialized engineered products in the RV, marine, and transportation industry. She is the Chair of Corporate Governance, Nominating & Sustainability and is a member of the Risk Committee and the Strategy, Acquisition, and Capital Deployment Committee.  Linda also sits on the Board of Marex Group plc (NASDAQ: MRX), a UK based global financial services company. She is Chair of the Remuneration Committee as well as a member of the Audit & Compliance Committee. Most recently, Linda became Chair of the Board and Chair of the Executive Committee of the National Philanthropic Trust, a National Donor Advised Fund advisor with $50 Billion of assets under management.  Linda holds board roles at Kinzie Capital Partners, Chelsea Lighting, Arcs Healthcare, the Chicago Shakespeare Theater, and the Lyric Opera of Chicago.
