Steven Carleton is the Regional Sales Leader for Aon’s Midwest region, responsible for driving growth across Commercial Risk, Health, Human Capital, and Retirement Solutions. He collaborates with distribution channels and leadership teams to achieve client and regional goals, leveraging his passion for helping clients succeed.

Steven actively engages with clients and colleagues to strengthen relationships and ensure Aon delivers on its commitments.

Since joining Aon in 2011, Steven has excelled in various consulting and sales roles. His career highlights include consulting with mid and large-sized employers on their Health & Welfare programs, leading national sales efforts for the U.S. Mid-Market Exchange team and achieving award-winning results in leadership roles in Chicago and San Francisco. He has consistently driven growth and delivered value across Aon’s Risk Capital and Human Capital businesses.

Steven holds a Bachelor’s degree in Consumer Economics and Finance, specializing in Financial Planning, from the University of Illinois.
