Brad Morehead is a partner and the head of business services at Shore Capital, roles he has served in since 2021. Shore Capital is a private equity firm based in Chicago that partners with middle-market companies to accelerate growth and value creation. Brad serves on the firm’s investment committee and oversees all of the firm’s business services investments.

Prior to Shore, Brad was CEO of Assembly Health (a leader in health-care revenue cycle management), LiveWatch Security (a tech-enabled commercial and home security), adjunct professor of entrepreneurship and finance at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and chief financial officer of Feldco.

Brad is board chair for StrongPoint 401k, Courser IT Services, Dynamic Connections 3PL, Prominence Advisors Health IT, and Action Pest Control, as well as a board member for Assembly Health, Tandem HR, Point C Benefit Solutions, Sidekick Outsourced Sales, Amyntas Capital, and Premier Property Turns. He has previously served as a board member for Record Connect Records Management, MHW Beverage Importer, Farley Center for Entrepreneurship, and Zell Fellows and chapter officer of YPO Windy City. He also serves on the advisory board for NextGen Growth Partners, Granite Creek Capital Partners and cofounded Wildcat Angels and Kellogg Entrepreneurs’ Organization.

Brad received an MBA with highest distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He completed his undergraduate degree in finance with high distinction from Indiana University.

Brad lives in Winnetka, Illinois, with his wife and three children.
