Richard DeVaughn is a successful entrepreneur as founder and CEO of The Arcadia Group International management consulting company, and he is a highly respected industrial leader who has served as a key enterprise executive responsible for global manufacturing and technology operations, research and development, strategic planning, and product development in the consumer, industrial, and commercial product sectors. He retired from Ingersoll Rand after serving in various executive leadership roles including Sector VP of Engineering and Product Development, VP of Trane Integration, and Corporate VP of Engineering and Technology.

As a Gestalt Certified Executive Coach, DeVaughn is keenly aware that enterprise leaders desire and respond to strategic coaching that enables achievement of revenue and profit growth goals. He has extensive international experience in establishing and leading technology and product operations in India, China, and Eastern Europe. He has a strong financial acumen and years of experience an independent director for a highly profitable diversified industrial company, LOFA Industries. Further, DeVaughn has served on university, trade association, and not-for-profit boards (Deaconess Foundation and Young Black Leadership Alliance) in significant leadership positions, including board chairman for Deaconess Foundation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the General Motors Institute (Kettering University) and attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a Sloan Fellow where he earned a master’s degree in Management.
