Jennifer Pollino is an executive coach and consultant with more than 30 years of global business leadership experience helping leaders and businesses optimize their performance and results. She is a board member of Crane Co.; Hubbell Inc.; Kaman Corp.; Teach for America, Charlotte; UNC Charlotte; and Belk College Advisory Board, and formerly the Society for Human Resources Management and Wesco Aircraft.

Pollino’s corporate background includes serving as chief human resources officer for Goodrich, an $8 billion global aerospace organization with 28,000 employees. She also served as general manager for several Goodrich manufacturing and service operating divisions, with revenues in excess of $500 million, as well as vice president of Finance.

As an executive coach, Pollino provides a structured process for leaders to gain greater self-awareness, improve their effectiveness, and understand and connect to their colleagues and other stakeholders. Her client organizations range from Fortune 500 organizations with mature processes to start-up firms facing rapid growth to nonprofit values-based organizations.

Pollino graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Accounting, holds a Master of Science in Executive Coaching from Queens University of Charlotte, and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is a member of NACD, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.
