Table Talk is an opportunity for a small group of NACD members to engage with their director peers to discuss a relevant topic over lunch.

The 2024 Blue Ribbon Commission Report Technology Leadership in the Boardroom serves as a blueprint for board members seeking to elevate their oversight of technology while balancing innovation with the protection of stakeholder trust.  During lunch co-author, Dorlisa Flur, Director and Rachel Hayden, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, ScanSource,  will lead a discussion on how boards can enhance their governance of technology.
