Table Talk is an opportunity for a small group of NACD members to engage with their director peers to discuss a relevant topic over lunch.

The rapidly changing business environment has introduced new complexities and risks. Boards now oversee risks related to advancing technologies, new business models, interconnected supply chains, and evolving political environments. 

Building on the March 12 panel program on risk resiliency, fellow board member Martha Cummings will lead a peer-to-peer discussion and explore:

1. What risks are top of mind in your boardroom?
2. How are boards addressing risk? Separate committee? Within Audit Committee?
3. Are you placing greater emphasis on risk management experience as you refresh your board?
4. Are boards looking for greater reporting on risks from your management team? Is the investment in risk talent increasing?
