Table Talk is an opportunity for a small group of NACD members to engage with their director peers to discuss a relevant topic over lunch. 

As we navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of technology, it is crucial for corporate directors to stay informed and proactive.  During lunch, fellow board members  Laura Schulte and Abhi Shah will lead this peer-to-peer discussion on demystifying Digital Transformation in the age of AI and explore:

1. What Digital Transformation means in the age of AI.
2. How to effectively govern and oversee Digital Transformation as a Board.
3. How to strike the right balance and avoid under or over investing in AI and other digital initiatives.
