Join your director peers and industry experts for dinner to learn about CEO succession planning best practices, potential pitfalls and common mistakes.  

Please come prepared to share experiences and learn from industry experts as they lead the discussion on the following:

1. How companies have successfully aligned succession planning with company strategy and culture.
2. Successful approaches in developing a strong pipeline of CEO succession candidates. 
3. The most effective approaches to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding for the new CEO.
