NACD Carolinas Member Engagement: Table Talk is an opportunity for a small group of members to engage with their director peers to discuss a relevant topic over lunch. Lance Drummond will lead the discussion on cybersecurity.

The cyber-threat landscape is continuously changing with new threats emerging daily making cyber oversight one of the most important topics for the boardroom. During lunch we will discuss the cybersecurity landscape and what areas board members should be watching closely along with key questions we should be asking management. If time permits we may also address the following topics:

• Should we be concerned about ChatGPT?
• Should we be worried about block chain?
