Join your director peers for an exclusive dinner event focused on the latest trends from the 2025 proxy season.  Our industry experts will lead the discussion and provide valuable insights on how companies fared on Say on Pay, what changes were made on incentives (e.g., shareholder proposal trends and how companies responded to low votes from prior year). In addition, we will discuss some of the current issues companies are struggling with, including the impact of tariffs on incentive plan goals, balancing performance and investor expectations and other real-time issues compensation committee are facing. 

Come prepared to share experiences and learn from industry leaders and your director peers.   

1. How have your companies considered or handled changes to incentive plans in the face of the shifting social and political environment?

2. What are some of the biggest drivers of low Say on Pay support, and how have companies responded?

3. Have your companies made any changes to incentive plan goals / ranges in anticipation of the impact of tariffs?

4. When targets are set for incentive plan purposes – how do they relate to external guidance provided (below guidance, within range, above guidance, etc.)?
