Jillian Rose is an accounting expert with over 20 years of professional experience in a unique combination of forensic, public, and corporate accounting. She has served as a consulting expert in a wide range of disputes, including contract disputes, securities litigation, and audit malpractice. Her experience also includes white-collar investigations involving public and private companies and high-net-worth individuals, shareholder activism, underwriter due diligence, and accounting advisory. Her engagements have spanned multiple industries including technology, semiconductors, telecommunications, defense, financial services, energy, and gaming, among others. She is also a public arbitrator with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

She is the principal of FinEx Consultancy LLC, a boutique consulting firm focused on forensic accounting, litigation support, and accounting advisory services. Previously, she was a managing director in the forensic practices at FTI Consulting and Kroll. She also spent a decade of her career at PwC LLP where she focused on auditing publicly traded companies and venture capital funds.

She currently serves on the board of the Olney Theatre Center and is a member of the executive committee and chair of the audit committee.

Rose holds a bachelor of science in accounting from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and Virginia and holds the Certified in Financial Forensics designation.
