George Corbin has led innovation and business transformation of large, disrupted companies for over 27 years. He has served as board director, chief digital officer (CDO), and top digital executive for some of the world’s most iconic brands through some of their most challenging transitions.

Corbin currently serves as board director at public consumer-goods company Edgewell Personal Care. He was previously the CDO at consumer brand giant Mars Inc. and at Marriott International, the world’s largest hospitality company. At Marriott, Corbin built a $14 billion digital business, growing it by $1.2 billion per year and delivering 55 percent of Marriott’s new growth while also leading the company’s worldwide digital transformation. Corbin was chief operating officer of a Silicon Valley technology startup and is a venture partner for NextGen Healthcare, where he vets investment opportunities in promising tech startups.

Corbin was recently named to the NACD Directorship 100™ and now serves on NACD’s faculty advising board on how to govern companies grappling with digital disruption, reinvention, growth innovation, and the impact of artificial intelligence. His talks are among NACD’s highest rated by fellow directors.
