Marina Finnegan

Executive Director, Treasurer

Marina Finnegan has a rich history in senior and executive management roles in the child-welfare arena. She has previously served as an executive director for nonprofits in Miami and New York City and as the director of prevention strategies at the Maryland Governor’s Office for Children. Finnegan has excelled in working collaboratively with public and private entities to meet the goals of the agencies she has represented. Her work on statewide initiatives, such as childhood hunger, child-abuse prevention, after-school programming, and childhood mental health, have contributed to the increase in well-being outcomes of children. Her knowledge and expertise span management consulting, program development, event management, contract compliance and negotiation, and nonprofit management. Finnegan received a master’s of education in mental health counseling from Florida International University.
