AI Incident Tabletop Exercise with Jones Day and KPMG

This presentation in partnership with Jones Day and KPMG will provide an overview of how boards oversee risks related to artificial intelligence (AI) through an interactive tabletop session.  

• We will explore the operational and governance-related challenges and opportunities associated with managing and providing oversight with respect to artificial intelligence and cybersecurity incidents.

• Provide an in-depth analysis of how AI technologies can challenge management teams and boards in areas of corporate communications, cybersecurity, and business continuity and provide related insights on how  companies and boards may proactively prepare for and respond to such challenges and crises.
