Beth E. Mooney

Shortly after Beth E. Mooney, who has served on the board of the Cleveland Clinic since 2009, was named chair of the organization in March 2019, she initiated a review of its governance practices in order to ensure that appropriate best practices were in place. From the beginning, she fostered the guiding philosophy of the Cleveland Clinic at the board level: transparency and accountability in all aspects from patient care to conflict of interest issues.
