Suja Chandrasekaran is an executive and board member in the health care, consumer, retail, and supply chain industries. She is a global, operations, supply chain, digital transformation, e-commerce, and profit-and-loss leader. She served as senior executive vice president and chief digital and information officer at CommonSpirit Health. Previously, she was a member of executive leadership teams and global chief of digital, artificial intelligence (AI), and operations at large enterprises such as Kimberly-Clark Corp., Walmart Inc., and The Timberland Co. She also was regional head of business transformation at Nestlé S.A. and head of technology at PepsiCo.
Suja serves as a board member on the boards of public, private, and venture-backed businesses, including the following: American Eagle Outfitters, a global omnichannel apparel retailer, Brenntag SE, a German-listed company, Cardinal Health, a health care and pharmaceutical Fortune 14 company, ATOS, a technical services company focused on AI, cybersecurity, and high-performance computing, and Agendia Inc., a precision medicine, molecular diagnostics, and digital pathology company focused on breast cancer research, diagnosis, and treatment. Suja is also on the board of directors of Pando.AI, a cognitive supply chain platform company.
Suja previously served on the board of publicly listed Barry Callebaut and digital supply chain software-as-a-service technology platform company Blume Global Technologies, which is backed by private equity (Apollo Global Management and EQT). Suja is the founder and chair of the board of T200 Foundations: Women CXOs in Tech, a nonprofit focused on developing women in technology, software profit and loss, AI, digital, product, and cybersecurity.
