Jodee Kozlak is board chair of C.H. Robinson, lead director of KB Home, and a director of MGIC Investment, where she chairs the business transformation and technology committee. Jodee’s career spans more than 35 years and has focused on business strategy, human capital management, and governance. She was executive vice president and chief human resources officer at Target Corp., as well as international general counsel and trustee of the Target Foundation. Jodee was the first global senior vice president of Alibaba, working with its chair to help the company to expand beyond China through organic and merger-and-acquisition growth. She has advised many public and private companies and was appointed a Stanford Distinguished Careers Institute Fellow for 2018–2019, founding KCP for private investing and consulting at that time. Jodee started her career in the audit department of Arthur Andersen & Co. in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and was a law partner in private practice before joining Target.
