Jane C. Allen

Jane Chinhua Allen is an elected board member of PwC International Limited (PwC Global), currently serving on the operations committee and previously on the risk committee. She also previously served on PwC’s US board, with rotations on the government security, risk, and technology committees.

Jane is also a board member of the nonprofit Alameda County Community Food Bank in Northern California.

Jane is a consulting principal in PwC cyber-risk and regulatory platform within investigations and forensics. She leads the US legal business solutions offering, primarily serving corporate legal, regulatory, risk, and compliance functions. Jane joined PwC in 2004 as a member of the forensic technology solutions team. She later cofounded the information governance practice. Previous to PwC, Jane led the San Francisco office of a boutique litigation support firm.

Jane graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree in the political economy of natural resources. She has also completed corporate governance courses at Harvard Business School.
