Frank Jaehnert is the former president and CEO of Brady Corp. (New York Stock Exchange: BRC), an international manufacturer of identification solutions, serving from 2003 until 2013. Before that, he served as its chief financial officer and as a divisional president. 

Prior to joining Brady in 1995, he held various financial positions in Germany and the United States at Robert Bosch, a multinational engineering and technology company. 

Mr. Jaehnert received the equivalent of a master of business administration from the University of Stuttgart, Germany. 

He serves on the boards of Nordson (Nasdaq: NDSN), Itron (Nasdaq: ITRI), National Material LP, and the NACD Chicago Chapter. 

He is NACD Directorship Certified® and an NACD Board Governance Fellow, and a Securities and Exchange Commission designated audit committee financial expert. 

Mr. Jaehnert was recognized as a 2020 NACD Directorship 100™ honoree, which each year recognizes the 100 most influential boardroom leaders. He was a regional winner of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year program in 2008 and has served as a regional, national, and world judge of the program for many years. 

Mr. Jaehnert is a frequent panelist and moderator on topics such as mergers and acquisitions, audit committee and corporate governance matters, internal audit issues, and corporate strategy.
