Enzo Santilli currently serves as chief transformation officer (CTO) for international accounting firm Grant Thornton, where he is also a practicing advisory partner. In his role as CTO, he is responsible for business process transformation, enterprise program management, organizational change management, information technology, client service delivery platform management, and strategic technology alliances.
Enzo developed the first artificial intelligence (AI) governance and Center of Excellence (CoE) model for the firm, which is currently under adoption. His professional background includes the development and delivery of a full range of strategic business advisory and enterprise solutions across multiple industries serving the upper middle market through the Fortune 100.
Prior to his current role, Enzo served as the leader of Thornton’s transformation advisory practice, comprising more than 1,000 professionals and as the Pittsburgh office managing partner. Previously, Enzo was president of a midsize advisory firm that he sold to Grant Thornton in 2013.
Enzo’s accomplishments include planning, designing, and directing turnkey transformational process and system initiatives for global corporations to include finance, supply chain, and HR functions. He has also developed and facilitated strategy articulation for companies with the goal of new key performance indicator and scorecard development, defining and measuring go-to-market strategies and establishing business planning and strategic portfolio reviews rhythms. He has developed strategic technology road maps for clients integrating system implementation with business process excellence efforts and built integrated business planning solutions across sales, operational, financial, and human resource domains.
He is a graduate of Duquesne University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a master of business administration degree.
