Tech executive Anita Ganti brings extensive experience as a technology profits-and-losses and operations leader, with a remarkable track record of driving revenue growth to more than $600 million per year in direct services and $1.5 billion per year including resales. As former senior vice president at Wipro, she led an 11,000-person-strong organization.
Anita possesses deep expertise in all aspects of global technology business management. Throughout her career, Anita has spearheaded growth, scale, and managed change within large public companies across diverse industries such as research and development in engineering services, electronics manufacturing services, embedded systems, sensor-based edge products, and semiconductor product development. Her expertise lies in leading large enterprise digital transformations including leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, managing semiconductor product development, and a variety of partnership and offshoring initiatives. 
 
Anita has a proven ability to build global channels, streamline operations, and foster valuable partnerships as a value-added reseller. She is adept at selling to large enterprises in industrial, automotive, and high-technology sectors, driving transformative change and operational excellence. Additionally, Anita has successfully led acquisitions, business transformations, and turnarounds. Currently serving as an independent board member and audit committee member at Power Integrations Inc. (Nasdaq: POWI) and Silvaco Group Inc. (Nasdaq: SVCO), where she also chairs the compensation committee, Anita brings valuable governance experience to the table. She also sits on the board of privately held MARC Glocal and advises high-growth, generative AI technology startups as a board member and advisor. 
Anita holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute in India, a master’s in electrical engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and a master’s in business administration as a finance major from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Anita is particularly committed to mentoring women and minorities as they navigate leadership roles within the technology sector.
