Mr. Miller, an inside director, was named President & CEO of Nortech Systems effective February 27, 2019. Mr. Miller was named Interim President on January 1, 2019. He joined the company's board as an independent director in May 2018. Mr. Miller has broad executive leadership and business experience with a wide range of medical technology companies. He has also served on the boards of a number of medical imaging and medical device companies. Previously Mr. Miller held CEO positions with IMRIS, Inc., Zonare, Inc., and Vital Images, Inc., in the medical imaging industry. Earlier in his career Mr. Miller worked for the medical systems divisions of both Siemens and GE. Mr. Miller holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Dartmouth College, a Master or Engineering degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Virginia, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Mr. Miller also has achieved National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Directorship Certification.
