NACD Risk Oversight Alert: Financial Reporting Risk In The Current Environment Market values in today's environment can be particularly difficult to determine, especially when financial modeling is used to estimate market value for specific assets and portfolios of assets. This program will provide corporate board members with a "top side" understanding of how market value estimates should be developed for financial reporting.
