In a session for recently established and experienced lead directors and those interested in serving in this capacity, our panelists look at how lead directors act as a conduit between board and management and coordinate the activities of the independent directors. Discussion includes how lead directors provide input into agenda preparation and advise the chair on the flow of information from management.
