has it evolved in the five years since Sarbanes-Oxley was enacted?

management, and internal controls; and audit committee processes
such as agenda-setting and oversight of auditors, we’ll examine the
changing expectations of audit committees, and what leading audit
committees are doing to enhance their effectiveness.

compensation committee, emerging best practices, disclosure
concerns under new SEC rules and lessons learned. We’ll discuss

This seminar looks at the details of financial statements and their
analysis in order to monitor performance, identify red flags, assess

traditional accrual-based financial statements and analysis, as well
