Each year since 1987, NACD has selected a director of a public company who exemplifies the knowledge, leadership, and excellence in corporate governance that our organization strives to promote through education, publications, and public service.

This year for the first time, in recognition of the 20th anniversary of this prestigious program, NACD will present four awards:

The B.
